After working with Alex Taylor (good Scottish name) in a previous shoot which was featured in Flawless Magazine, I was really looking forward to photographing him again.
One of the fun aspects of a studio shoot is a chance to be creative with the lighting. Knowing lighting and how to create moods with it can be very rewarding for me. It isn’t everyday I get the opportunity to show off my lighting skills to produce a high end shoot.
Also, thanks to Wendy for putting in time as Art Director during the shoot and working with me beforehand in preparing and deciding on the styles we wanted to capture with Alex. With all that in place, everything went exceptionally well!
We were also very lucky that our studio spokes model, Jessica Lee, happened to come home during the shoot. She graciously stepped in at the last minutes for an extra set of fantastic images.
Alex is an amazing model and very easy to work with. I know we are all going to see a lot more of him in the future.
